Cyber-ShARE Visualization Lab Classroom Building C402

Speaker: Dr. Brian Mayeaux

Spaceflight is inherently risky and unforgiving. Engineered solutions to technical problems associated with spacecraft safety and mission assurance require thorough preparation and understanding of the anticipated environments and requirements.

This seminar discusses how a multi-disciplined approach to engineered solutions can help foster early integration and safety, reliability, maintainability, and quality assurance into present and future spacecraft design and operations. Real world examples and data from spaceflight experiences will be shared to reinforce lessons learned and correlate the applied research and development with technical problem solving for aerospace and human spaceflight.
