Workshops
Cyber-ShARE will conduct a series of full-day and half-day worshops and training on the following topics: science-based ontologies (contributing and using), scientific workflows (defining, generating, using), provenance with models of uncertainty and trust; optimization techniques, workflow analysis in science teaching, and multimedia and translation tools in science education. The workshops will be held at the Cyber-ShARE Center and will be advertised broadly inside and outside campus. Special workshops will be held for teachers and delivered through in-service activities and programs through the College of Education, including a summer 2008 graduate worshop course for Ed Tech majors on the use of CI-based workflow tools to support technology integration and professional development planning.
